During your scheduled hours you will work with the rest of the team to ensure a consistent positive patient experience.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Meeting and greeting patients in the reception area
Answering questions about payment policies and care
Orienting new patients to the office
Keeping in touch with patients via phone and email
Attending to the atmosphere and professional image of the office
Supporting the professional staff with daily operations and projects
Assisting the doctors
You must have the ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
