You will be our patients first point of contact--the face and voice that launches our relationships with new patients and maintains a positive connection with our existing patients.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of dental insurance processes and dental terminology Enjoy working in a team environment Strong problem-solving skills and engaging interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of Eaglesoft software preferred Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Understanding of Insurance Plans Job Responsibilities Oversee the processing and submission of dental claims with attachments Communicate with insurance companies to ensure claims are paid Ensures coordination of benefits are accurate and considered as part of the financial planning.
Knowledge of dental coding Audit patient accounts Serves as a liaison between insurance carriers, staff and patients to resolve any concerns and maintain a positive working relationship Ensures all insurance related duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner to ensure excellent patient relations and financial success for the Practice Oversee insurance aging reports Respond efficiently to patient needs and inquiries All responsibilities that are related to dental insurance Front desk duties, including opening and closing out the days, checking patients in and out, answering phone, faxing, checking emails, seating patients, and be able to assist in back with room prep & the sterilization room when needed.
Job Type:
Part-time 28-34 hours per week.
