Manage all aspects of rental property management, including owner/tenant relations, maintenance and financial management Property manager must have a solid understanding of home maintenance and assessment/management of work by outside vendors Work with new owners to onboard new properties, market homes for rent, and provide an excellent customer experience! This position is full-time, year round, and may require work on weekends.
Bonus pay is included after a period of employment.
We are seeing a highly motivated, professional individual who can work independently as well as coordinate with our in-house PM team as an active contributor and integral part of our business! Property management experience required.
Our new property manager will be working primarily in Crestview, Florida, but must be able to shift as needed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
