As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Laundry - Provide information to clients, customers, and staff members - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Manage the front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Assist with event planning and coordination - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain office supplies inventory
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office - Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents accurately - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Professional appearance and demeanor If you are a motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
