We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations.
The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, providing excellent customer service, and managing a team of dedicated staff members.
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food production, kitchen management, and customer service - Manage and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes - Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory management
Experience:
