Staff will assist with answering incoming phone calls, patient scheduling, updating medical records, as well as other general receptionist duties (Faxing, emailing and returning phone calls).
Staff will support medical providers and therapists with their scheduling needs, taking vitals and assist with processing referrals from community providers and organizations.
Staff will also assist with prior authorizations, patient assistance paperwork and patient questions regarding medications through phone calls and emails.
The staff member must be professional and understand the need for discretion with patient information.
Staff should be aware of HIPAA regulations and be able to comply with privacy requirements.
The position will primarily be in our Niceville office.
The position is a full-time position with benefits to include medical/dental insurance, PTO to accrue after initial 90 day probationary period, matching 401K after 3 years of full time employment.
Hours are currently Monday through Friday 8am to 4:
30pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
Staff member must be able to type at least 40 WPM.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
