Our front office teammember is the patient's first impression; they are the friendly and the welcoming face of the practice.
Have high standards for integrity, honesty, professionalism and work ethic.
Excellent verbal skills and an open and friendly attitude is a must! Prefer individual have experience in scheduling and checking insurance.
Dental assisting experience is preferred and dental knowledge is a must!.
This individual will need to multi-task with answering telephones, scheduling, explain treatment needs, dental procedures, costs and benefit to patient for procedures as shown on treatment plans, schedule appointments and verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
When needed, the individual will assist in the back.
The applicant must possess strong customer service skills! Eaglesoft experience preferred but not required.
Have a positive go-getter attitude and be a team player! DENTAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Please include references on resume, if available.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
