Axient is seeking an Office Administrator to support information management and employee coordination at our office in Niceville, FL.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and guests Eglin AFB staff support and Q&A fielding Travel Reimbursement processing Basic folder permission management Updating of email distributions Eglin AFB contract onboarding support Ensuring CAC requests are being worked for new hires and outgoing employees are returning them appropriately Initial training and compliance completion Coordinating workspace equipment needs Processing forms for approvals and organizing their submissions Personnel documentation management Reporting activities to include timecard reports and MSR missing submissions Event planning Maintaining office supplies
Qualifications:
High School Degree or Equivalent.
Three (3) Years of relevant experience.
Secret Security Clearance required by time of start.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency with all standard office equipment such as copier/scanner.
Must be well organized and have strong time management skills, dependability.
Position requires a commitment to working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, onsite.
