This position will encompass all aspects of a medical call center and includes, but is not limited to, answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, collecting patient co-pays, deductibles and co-insurances, patient demographics, and data entry.
To be successful in this position you will possess outstanding customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency with a Can Do attitude.
Other important qualifications will include experience in EMR programs, insurance billing, proficiency in computer skills, knowledge of basic office equipment and multi-line phone system and HIPAA compliance.
