Must have a positive and outgoing personality, exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, excellent patient care skills and strong organizational skills.
We are looking for someone with experience in the field, Cerec experience and Eaglesoft program knowledge is an asset! Tasks include x-rays, sterilization knowledge, executing four-handed procedures.

Our office hours are Monday -Thursday 8 am to 4:
30 pm.
We are looking for a competent dental assistant who will make the dentist's office more efficient and pleasant for patients.
You'll ensure excellent customer service.
Dental assistants should be well-organized with great attention to detail.
You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations.
We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and able to make office procedures as smooth as possible.
Job Details:
Set up treatment rooms for procedures Greet and escort patients to the treatment room with a smile Seat patients in treatment room Prepping and educating patient before any treatment.
Show care and concern, and help patients feel comfortable Ensure patients are always attended Anticipate and assist dentist's needs Assisting Dentist with all procedures Perform expanded functions and other tasks as assigned by the dentist Prepare dental materials Ensure patients' questions are answered thoroughly before they leave Chart patients and record date, service rendered and any treatment Escort patients from the treatment room Ensure proper treatment notes are recorded in the patient's chart Perform clinical procedures as the practice act allows and as directed by a dentist Give patient instruction and demonstrate when necessary Monitor patient flow Keep dental units ready, stocked, and clean Oversee cleanliness of the treatment room according to sterilization procedures Disinfect treatment rooms according to OSHA regulations Sterilize all instruments and handpieces according to OSHA regulations Keep trays, instruments, and treatment room drawers organized Promptly send out and monitor all dental laboratory cases Implement the preventative maintenance/cleaning schedule for dental equipment Maintain dental office emergency kits and nitrous and oxygen tanks Follow laboratory procedures according to office protocol Prepare for the next day's appointments Track cases and referrals to and from other doctors Inventory Management or Monitor inventory.
Order dental office supplies as needed Ensure that treatment rooms are stocked at all times Help in other areas of the office when necessary Promote team concept by interacting with others in the office Perform other projects or tasks as assigned by the dentist Follow office procedures and protocols Extra-oral duties or procedures as respecified by the dentist Operate dental radiography equipment Perform intraoral and extraoral photography.
Apply non-aerosol and non-caustic topical agents.
Apply topical fluoride.
Good Computer skills:
Knowledge of Eaglesoft software is an asset Good interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members and the community Effective verbal skills to communicate with patients and staff Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
