The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rental properties, including tenant relations, maintenance requests, and leasing.
This individual should have a strong customer service and communication skills.
The Rental Manager will also be responsible for managing the rental budget, ensuring that all rental agreements are up to date, and ensuring that all rental properties are in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Manage the rental process from start to finish.
Maintain accurate records of rental transactions.
Ensure compliance with rental policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and potential tenants.
Handle tenant complaints and disputes in a timely manner.
Conduct inspections of rental properties as needed.
Negotiate rental agreements with tenants.
Ensure all rental payments are collected on time.
