Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and must also be willing and able to learn how to use scheduling software such as BuilderTrend.
Must have strong communication skills and be a strong team leader that can direct, motivate, and instill a solid work ethic among the team.
This position requires the ability to take 12 to 15 projects at any given time form the sales team and move these projects efficiently through the different phases of production with a maximum emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.
