Bay Area Psychological Consultants Bay Area Psychological Consultants Niceville, FL Niceville, FL Part-time Full-time Contract Part-time Full-time Contract From $18 an hour From $18 an hour Primary job responsibilities will include but will not be limited to Review/ Staff New patient referrals/requests for psychological testing Contact new testing patients to schedule Email/Text new patients appropriate forms to fill out Updating and verifying all information is in the chart accurately Referral Thank you letters Creating Patient Charts Check-in and Check-out of all testing intakes and testing appointments and test results appointments Collect appropriate patient responsibilities Verification of insurance and testing coverage for pending testing intakes Obtain authorization for testing Prepare testing estimates and Good Faith Estimates Obtain and upload releases of information to charts Provide copies of test results to patient/parents as appropriate Fax test results to referring providers / requested individuals (with appropriate releases of information) Follow testing checklist to schedule testing appointments Providing in-person patient testing with school notes and estimated length of time of appointment.
Scan and upload all patient related data, records, releases and testing items.
Prepare for and administer paper-pencil inventories / parent questionnaire and CPT/CATA.
Completing mental status exams on patients' during testing administration Scoring inventories Templating reports with preferred information and data within appropriate deadlines Job Types:
