50 an hour Our company is seeking a part-time/full charge Bookkeeper responsible for the management of the club's financial accounts and records.
Hours are Mon-Fri (start and end time are flexible), approximately 30 hrs per week, with occasional weekends if needed.
Knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a requirement of the position.
Must have the ability to learn via self-directed web-based training to master our point of sale system.
This position reports to the General Manager and works with the Club Treasurer.
Related duties include:
Member billing (Accounts Receivable) Accounts Payable Payroll & HR Filing of monthly sales tax reports and annual Form 1099's Month-end closing procedures, to include production of monthly financial statements such as profit & loss, balance sheet and monthly budget reports.
Reconciliation of daily point-of-sale reports to deposits and general ledger.
Making timely bank deposits Ordering office supplies Filing and organization of data Job Type:
